Sauer Land Surveying, Inc. is a surveying and engineering company located in Fort Wayne, Indiana, serving Allen County and surrounding counties in Northeastern Indiana and Northwest Ohio. Founded in 1993, by John C. Sauer, PLS, Sauer Land Surveying has over 75 years combined experience in a variety of areas giving us the ability to handle a multitude of projects and services. Our expertise includes but is not limited to, residential property surveys, topographies and more detailed ALTA Land Title Surveys. A successful history in commercial development and residential plat design and implementation, coupled with our experience handling municipal regulations, routings and approval processes, ensures the most timely and cost-effective completion for your project.

Sauer Land Surveying utilizes the most up-to-date GPS and robotic total station equipment as well as AutoCAD™ and Civil3D™ software to ensure the most accurate and visually concise results. Furthermore, we are continually reinvesting in these technologies through employee training, education and research.
